Mathias Hauck

Mathias Hauck is passionate about people, family, faith, and making beer! Mathias studied finance and restaurant management at Dartmouth College where he also played football and Rugby for the Big Green. After a short professional football career Mathias began teaching for a local high school. He married Avon native Beth Weaver in 2002 and together they have four children. Hauck is a member of Providence Church in Avon and active in the music ministry. Mathias started brewing beer as a home brewer with his brothers and loves the science behind making great beer and pushing the boundaries of flavors, ingredients, and styles.
